Senior Relocation

Helping a family member transition from their current home to a senior living residence can be very emotional. This usually happens with difficult circumstances and is often filled with challenges for adult children and their parents. We can assist you and ease the process.


When your auction is closed, our work is not finished. We take care of the remaining items that were not sold, cleaning up the estate home and arrange for charity donations to pick up or leave the unsold items at the home per your request.


You will be provided with a complete list of items to be sold, photographs and starting prices.


We generally list your items online for 10 to 14 days (less time if requested), depending on the size and the number of items to be sold. We sell everything online, schedule pick up time is usually 2 days after the auction closes. Next we have on site pickup of items sold for approximately 2 to 4 hours (again depending on the number of items). Easy Estate Auctions can also provide for an additional cost the following services: cleaning, trash hauling, arrange time for donation pick up.
